Role : Manufacturing & Assembly Line Facility creator (NPI/Quality/Capacity/Process Dev)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facility creation (Plant & Machinery, Tools & Gauges) for new product introduction
• Prepare the Manufacturing Process flow, PFMEA, Control plan, etc.
• Process establishment and Inspection during new machine installation and commissioning.
• Preparing the various NPI / Equipment / CAPEX files for internal / external / customer audits.
• Facility creation (Plant & Machinery, Tools & Gauges) for new product introduction
• Process establishment and Validation during new machine installation and new process development
• Supplier selection & Evaluation for procuring new plant and machinery
• Cost Estimation for in-house manufacturing processes for new RFQ
• Capacity planning & enhancement for In-house facilities to meet customer demand
• Implementing corrective actions on quality like MLR, CLR & ALR.
• Project Investment & justification preparation for new product, Quality & Capacity projects (CAPEX)
• Establish the process automation to reduce manpower
