I bring in 18 years of diverse experience of managing large scale Sales & Marketing Operations in MNCs & scaling a startup from inception to three rounds of crowd-funding before a Series A. All this while honing & demonstrating execution capability through customer centricity, navigating volatility, high stake negotiations & building & leading high performance teams.
In the first 6 years, I did channel Sales & Distribution for EdTech IT Products & Solutions to Software Engineers of top Corporate orates as well as to SMEs & school and college students.
In the second phase, I managed large teams of Channel Managers through hyper growth in the Indian Insurance business when the IRDA opened the market for MNCs like AIG, AXA with an Indian Partner. I built functional expertise across L&D, Sales, Customer Service, Operations & Quality for new age General Insurance Products for mobile phone users & Health Insurance plans for individual policy holders in India, Sri Lanka & MEMSA.
In the third phase, which was my first stint with startups, I returned to work post a break to raise a family. I put together a Remote Diagnostic firm & whilst transitioning from my startup, I was approached to join the Founding Team of a Fintech Platform where I led the full cycle product development to create a secondary market for startup investors.
The learnings from this startup failure helped me to become a founding member of a leading & a well-recognised start up in the infrastructure space to build better roads by evaluating road conditions. My current mandate is to achieve Revenue & Profitability milestones through a scalable marketing plan with unit economic profitability by identifying & going to market across the globe by establishing business partnerships with local representatives to provide solutions to the Government & BOT players.

With LifeVitae I am on a mission to ensure that all Students in the age group of 14-17 worldwide are self aware about their learning pathways. · This was a new concept of selling insurance as low as Rs.18 per month to the employee
· Sold approximately 62000 policies in about 8 months which was a record
