Description: To ensure the safety and reliability of bridge system. Various loading conditions were carried out in the Sarvatra bridge system with the proper FEA modeling techniques and loading and boundary condition FEA analysis, such as lifting, static, and model were carried out.Mud load, tank load were taken in to consideration for FEA steup.various iterations were carried out at different angle for the sarvatra bridge to find the failure location. Problems at failure locations were resolved by design optimization and reducing weight for the attaing the desired FOS for the FEA model.

Description: Worked with the design team for the safety of a 50-ton excavator machine foldable platform. Model analysis was carried out to find the various locations where maximum deflection would occur; depending upon that, critical locations were identified in the platform. Various iterations were implemented with guidance from the development team, and critical locations were taken into consideration. By adding the extra stiffeners and some design optimization techniques, stress was reduced below the threshold limit of the material, and safe design was attained
