  • Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) is an online advertising platform developed by Google, where advertisers bid to display brief advertisements, service offerings, product listings, or videos to web users. It can place ads both in the results of search engines like Google Search (the Google Search Network) and on non-search websites, mobile apps, and videos. Services are offered under a pay-per-click (PPC) pricing model.
  • Google Ads is the main source of revenue for Alphabet Inc, contributing US$168.6 billion in 2020.
  • As a Google Ads advertising rep. I am responsible for managing Google Ad campaigns for various multinational companies and small businesses in the UMM Engage market, by monitoring & recommending optimization suggestions to improve their Account performance.
  • Managing all aspects of Google Ad campaigns and helping advertisers, clients, and businesses reach the world through unique, data-backed digital marketing strategy that delivers on measurable business goals.

  • My Five years of career in GENPACT and working for personal banking financial solutions giant like NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK was an out-standing experience, which increased my scope as a Process Developer that I achieved in the first attempt. Being a Process Developer, the brief description of all my roles & responsibilities are mentioned below.
  • Processing credit card & personal loan applications as part of unsecured lending business.
  • As a technology & operations banker inspecting various sources of income through a variety of documents received from customers, e.g. Tax returns, payslips, bank statements etc.
  • Responsible for handling escalations from the business and providing a satisfactory resolution to the customers, credit analysts & application fraud team.
  • Trained in PBOP a new personal banking origination platform supporting the bank’s entire range of consumer banking products, from current & savings account to credit cards, personal loans and mortgages. PBOP replaces 9 separate legacy product origination platforms and combines them into a single process stream for all retail products.
  • Attending inbound & providing outbound calls to customers in order to update them regarding their status of applications and also communicate with them through emails & sms, via customer enquiry system.
  • Achieved 90% in Accreditation process from Credit coaches (onshore team) for migration to PBOP from Account originations as part of Lend smart training.
  • Organizing team hurdles on a timely basis and communicating about new updates in the process among the team on a weekly basis.
