  Led the development of a defect detection system for flexible bulk bags, from concept through trial installations to final client acceptance and commercial execution.
• Temporarily managed the Thickness Measurement Team, focusing on UI design and software developmentduring a leadership gap.
• Independently handled the full recruitment process at Lohia, hiring over 20 key personnel—ranging from on-ground assemblers to top-tier roles like Group R&D Head and Group CFO.
