Lateral Recruitment: Handling the end to end recruitment process for the off-shore development centre.

Vendor Management: Liaising with vendors on the end to end recruitment process of permanent staff.
Exits: Handling end to end exit formalities. Responding to the queries raised by ex-employees on Full and final settlement.
Reports & Data: Prepare and share different reports like HR Quarterly Reports, Attrition, Headcount, Clarity Timesheets etc. with the Management.
· To analyze the nature of the loan in terms of its RISK, whether it is current, delinquent, in foreclosure or in bankruptcy and following the procedures for further analysis accordingly.
· To gauge the credit history and credit worthiness of the customer by analyzing the Credit Report of the customer, available through different Credit Bureaus.
· To avoid the risk of the property being foreclosed by the Senior Lien by checking different applications available to know if the loan is in foreclosure , to obtain information regarding the foreclosure from the concerned attorney and to know if there is a sale date set for foreclosure.
· Summarizing the above detailed analysis and sending the relevant information to the concerned departments for effective decision making.
· Resolved peer queries regarding HR policies as an HR Spoc.
· To take sessions explaining the HR policies to the group.
· Updating the HR portal regarding the above activities for the week, to report to the HRG regarding the same and to interact with the HRG to understand the policies in a better way.
· Coordinate with departments with respect to requirements received, discuss/clarify technical & related aspects of the requirement, etc.
