*Collaboration with IT Engineers, Contractors, and Integrators: I have worked closely with on-premise IT technicians, contractors, and integrators to troubleshoot and repair AV systems. This collaboration involves coordinating efforts, sharing knowledge, and implementing effective troubleshooting procedures to resolve complex issues.
*Communication with Manufacturers and Vendors: I have established effective communication channels with manufacturers and vendors to arrange repairs or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for faulty equipment. This includes managing local inventory and ensuring the timely resolution of equipment issues.
*Partnership with Other Teams: I have collaborated closely with partner teams, including AV hardware deployment, AV Escalation, and MeetEx (or similar teams), to enhance the overall customer experience.
