Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to gather requirements and obtain necessary approvals
· Work with global finance and IT teams to drive transformational regulatory changes while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement
· Design and enhance Standard Data Interfaces using SQL for seamless integration with downstream reporting systems
· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve data anomalies, clarify errors, and develop effective solutions
· Lead the enhancement of stored procedures, data objects, and coding standards to improve data accuracy and efficiency
· Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, present findings, and incorporate feedback for iterative improvement
· Document business processes, key findings, and technical specifications to maintain clear communication across teams
· Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for new hires to support onboarding and skill development
· Utilize agile methodologies and PM tools (JIRA, Confluence) to manage project tasks and timelines
