It's a virtual internship offered by JPMorgan Chase & Co. through Forage. In this internship I have developed my soft skills. I have learned: -

• How to create the dashboard using row data.
• How to filter the data and represent it in a good manner.
• How to use VBA in Excel
• Preparing charts and making attractive and easy to understand

• Monitored team performance and provided constructive feedback to increase productivity and maintain quality standards.
• Worked with team to identify areas of improvement and devised solutions based on findings.
• Supervised team members to confirm compliance with set procedures and quality requirements.
• Set performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress towards goals and providing constructive feedback as needed.
• Moderated weekly meetings consisting of 6 member's by keeping track of time, taking notes, and announcing agenda items.

• Generated the India's Lands pricing data using AI & ChatGpt. And done the analysis on lands upcoming pricing and updating in the software.
• Cleaning and filtering the data and creating dashboard using Power BI.
