• Managing Outbound Operations Fulfillment center (FC) of Flipkart India in Farukhnagar North zone, maintaining a throughput of 4.48L Units a day. Managed a team of 24 FTE(1M+4AM+19 Sr.EX/TL) and 1400 FTC.
• Responsible for driving Flipkart values, Competencies , Metrics(Speed, Reliability,Cost,Productivity,Safety& Sustainable packaging implementations)
• Responsible for following all set standards of FSSAI, ISO, 6's & QA

• Managing E2E Operations planning Fulfillment center (FC) of Flipkart India in Farukhnagar ( 3.50L sq. ft.) North zone.
• Managing Non Ops planning of FTE-103 , FTC-4000 (Cafeteria, Transport, Entry/Exit, Batch Planning etc.)
• Managing steep ramp up of facility to reach throughput of (2.5L Inbound, 3.18L Outbound, 0.5L of RC, 0.4L NCOB, 80L Inventory in 40 days)
• Ensuring manpower & load planning for 10 sub functions under FC.
• Implemented FML,FSC,6's Monthly R&R Programs.

• Concept designing inputs of first BTS sites of Flipkart
• Detail designing inputs of first BTS sites.

• Managing Fulfillment center (FC) of Flipkart India in Kherki Daula (Flex 3.55L sq. ft.) North zone, maintaining a throughput of 1.4L outbound and 1.12L inbound and 23L Inventory.
• Responsible for P&L of Fulfillment center & driving key KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) such as efficiency, on time delivery performance, revenue growth, bottom-line savings etc.
• Implemented Functional Cost monitoring to improve Profit/Loss account at Functional level.

• Responsible for Review and Actionable on KPI’s such as efficiency, speed, cost etc.
• Responsible for driving employee engagement activities in north region along with National theme.
• Implemented Loss time report to monitor productivity losses due to multiple stakeholders and visualized in Dashboard.

• Managing Outbound Team of Fulfillment center’s (FC) of Flipkart India in Binola North zone, maintains a throughput of 60K with additional responsibilities of FC Planning & infra setup.
• Responsible for P&L of Outbound & driving key KPI’s such as Speed,Reliability,Productivity and bottom-line savings etc.
• Scaled up volume to 60K within 2 month and delivered BBD 2017

• Managing Outbound Team of Fulfillment center’s (FC) of Flipkart India in Pataudi North zone, maintains a throughput of 10K along with additional responsibility of FC Planning.
• Responsible for P&L of Outbound & driving key KPI’s such as Speed,Reliability,Productivity and bottom-line savings etc.
• Reduced Packaging CPS by 10 Rs by modifying packaging.
  

• Managing Outbound shift of Fulfillment center’s (FC) of Flipkart India in Bilaspur North zone, maintains a throughput of 80K.
• Implemented Speed, Packaging & Productivity monitoring system for B2C orders which is implemented in PAN India. Led to cost saving of ~7L per Annum

• Responsible to Inventory reconciliation and Picking.
• Led the team (100) to outperform during promotional periods of Independence Day, Big Billion Days, Diwali, GOSF, BASD etc. by quickly ramping up manpower and handling over 95% of forecasted volume.
• Scaled up throughput of 30k to 60k in 4 months, maintaining the Key KPI’s.
• Scaled up inventory storage space from 18 Lacs units to 24 Lacs units by conceptualizing innovative storage space thereby increased FC’s revenue.
• Executed Individual Performance Tracking System for Productivity & Quality, new performance measurement tool, being implemented across all FC’s.

• Responsible for delivering optimum productivity along with all Speed & Reliability metrics.
