1. To analyze the in-house stock quantity parts of the Starter Motor and Alternators in QAD.

2. To ensure the quality of products from the respective suppliers and transferred to the manufacture end for the production (Starter, Alternator) as per the FIFO (First in First Out) lots.

3. The quality assurance is carried out as per the approved Engineering Design.

4. Any NC (Non Conformance) are identified means to raise the QR (Quality Rejection) to the supplier.

1. I have a wide knowledge in HAZID, HAZAN, HAZMAT, HAZOP, CARs, and Incident Reporting System tools like SCAT, RCFA, and IRAT.

2. Investigate the workplace Near miss, incident and accidents and implement the corrective actions as per ISO standard 45001 (OHSMS). 3. Conducted the Safety inspection on the construction site and engage the client and the sub-contractors team to manage the construction issues.

4. Ensured that all the HSE policy are properly followed by the employers as well as the contractors and subcontractors

5. Maintained the relevant HSE tools and hazards check lists, documents like JSA, ERT, MSDS, and make a regular site visit to visually observe the hazards until the work complete.

7. Manage the site safety performance, participate the incident investigations and facilitate the safety inspection and audits.

1. Preparing the JSA (Job Safety Analysis), ERP (Emergency Rescue Plan), RAM (Risk Assessment Matrix), ventilation plan, along with the area operator, field operator, job supervisor and the PTW coordinator. 2. Audit work permits received by the Permit Holders PTW (General work, Critical Work, and open flame hot work) which will be live in the shift at different locations of the work site.

3. Inspect the relevant tools which related to the work and verify hazards check lists, documents like JSA, ERT, MSDS, and visually observed the hazards during the site visit

4. Ensure the validity of JSA (Job Safety Analysis), ERT (Emergency Rescue Team planning procedures), the type of category in CSE (Confined Space Entry) work and also the MSDS (Material Science Data Sheet) while using chemicals inside the CSE work.

5. Ensure the exposure limits (LEL, HEL, TLV, STEL, IDLH) of toxic gas especially H2S in gas plant and other chemical liquids and also maintain log sheets for respirators and power tools used by the workers.

6. During the site visit ensure the training approval of permit holders, safety watch, fire watch, who are all respect to the job activities and ensure their competency level by open ended conversation.

7. Study and ensure the detailed procedures of LOTO (Lock Out and Tag Out) before starting the high risk and CSE works.

8. Identify the potential hazards in the work environment and to control that by calculating the risk assessment and its control measures as per hierarchy of international standards like ISO 45001 and ILO-OSH 2001. 9. Attend the client safety meetings to have a wide discussion about the recent time incidents, near-miss and its mitigation plans which are all reported in the incident reporting system and communicate the control measures to the workers by verbally in a TBT meeting.

1. Conduct the mass tool box meetings to the contractors and the sub contractors with the effective reference MOM of the safety committee meetings.

2. Develop the monthly safety activity schedule and circulate to the safety stewards like tools inspection, and site wise formal inspections.

3. Conduct the Fire drill and Emergency Response Mock drill once a month.

1. Prepared the Site HSE plan for the EPC project as per the requirements of the EPC agreement which was authorized by the client (Southern Railway- Chennai Division) along with the HSE Consultant and Managers.

2. Prepared the site safety induction presentation to brief about the company’s HSE policy and standards to the new employees and sub contract workers.

3. Prepared the method of access and egress, safety measures to the work area for different types of Method Statement for different types of works as per the IS codes like IS 3764:1992, IS 456:2000, IS1786:2008 etc…

4. Prepared the HIRA, WMS (Work Management System), along with the Project Management as per the EPC agreement and ISO 45001:2018.

5. Follow up the ISO certification for OHSM, Quality and GRIHA for environment as per the EPC contract agreement.

6. Monitor and track the total and safe man hours’ month wise and report it to the client (Southern Railway) and PMS (Tata Consulting Engineering Limited).

7. Monitor and track the Man power records for employees, contractors, sub-contractors based on the site safety induction training records and report it to the planning team to prepare the execution plan for the project.

8. Prepare the HSE team assessment’s, reports and achievements as a presentation model to improve the positive safety culture in the work environment, and review all HSE documents every three months once. 9. Conduct the formal and informal audit and inspection to improve the safety culture in the work atmosphere.
