- To release incoming material plan based on MRP to avoid excess inventory.
- ATB - Ensure availability of material as per daily plan & and coordinate with buyer for availability. Target & Accuracy 3 days availability of material.
- Coordinated with the store team members to ensure material delivery to production as per plan. Material delivery accuracy is 99.90% on time.
- Coordination with the Production team to meet the daily production plan. Accuracy of 99.10% as per the daily plan.

- Achieved YTD Rolling ITR - 4.5 (Turn over 260 Cr.)
- Ensure the daily shipment activity to deliver the finished goods as per customer orders. With the required documents (Domestic & Export) shipment accuracy is 100% within 48Hrs. from the clearance of the shipment.
- Work with variance transporters for FTL & PTL in PAN INDIA. With agreements.
- SAP - Working & good knowledge of SAP system (Modules – MM, PP, WM & LO) Awarded by the supervisor in the PP module.
- ISO 19001 – 14001 (QMS & EMS) – Work as per ISO Standards & meet all compliance of customers.
