Honestly a beginner in the field. I have troubleshooted my own PC when receiving errors and BSODs. Looked up guides and have installed and ran software that helps troubleshoot issues and resolve them. I am currently in talks with SNHU to start classes up in March to continue toward a career in C.S. - Cybersecurity. I enjoy solving problems and finding ways to do just that.
