▪ To ensure the Applications Support team delivers a professional, customer focused, and high-performing support service in line with the agreed service scope and service levels.

▪ To understand the actual delivery schedule and requirements for each Project/Task assigned and preparation of Weekly Status Reports for OSC/Client.
▪ Also, handled the role of DPR (Defect Prevention Representative) which includes analysis of defects encountered in the project on a monthly basis & sharing it with the team.
▪ Encouraging and coordinating all the knowledge activities in the project and mentoring the other team members.
▪ Collection of all the checklists, standards, guidelines, reusable components etc. on Knowledge Management Center (KM) that can be used by team members, for their references.
▪ At the end of the big issues/tasks – To share learning of the tasks with the team, for future benefits, and to ensure that all the concerned documents (complete SDLC documents) are kept at shared places so that same can be refer for future reference.
▪ Handling the Change Requests in an Onshore-Offshore model.
▪ To document each section of the SDLC in standard project document templates and communicate task progress and status to the project lead.
