Description: Test the application when the customers purchase the goods and takes the monthly payment plan and I have worked Specifically in Return & refunds and Collections &Recoveries workstream.

Worked as a Manual Software Tester

Responsibilities:

• Performed Manual testing as per the requirement for the application.
• Analyzing the user stories and planning the user stories to be completed in particular sprint.
• Responsible for sending consolidated weekly report.
• Knowledge of Defect tracking and test case management tools like JIRA.

Its subsidiaries include PCH Media, Liquid Wireless, PCH Search & Win, PCH Games, and PCH Lotto, offering diverse digital engagement and prize opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Managed and executed the weekly production and testing processes for offline merchandise mailing campaigns.
• Utilized SAS code to generate and analyze reports for each week's mailing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinated with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of mailings.
• Conducted thorough testing of mailing lists and production batches to identify and rectify any issues before distribution.

Project: Merchant Classification using NLP

Description: Classified the merchants based on their name, description, review available for each merchant

Responsibilities:

• Structured and organized data preparation and extraction for NLP techniques (word2vec,lemmatization) in multi-class text classification using xgboost model
• Extracted and aggregated data from diverse sources using SQL queries and database joins.
• Ensured data quality through rigorous cleaning and transformation processes, including the removal of stop words and handling of null values.
• Developed word embeddings using Word2vec to represent merchant names, descriptions, and reviews.
