Roles and Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Involved in intake calls with Hiring managers to understand the business needs and responsible to close the SR on the given SLA.
• Sourcing: Involved in sourcing the profiles as per the JD. Mostly used LinkedIn as a sourcing platform.
• Scheduling the interview: Scheduling the interview as per policy, using the internal Salesforce ATS tool.
• Document verification: Once the candidate is selected, the necessary documents are requested and validated.
• Conducting the HR round: Behavioral traits of the candidates are assessed, and if suitable, the compensation package is
  discussed as per the company set policies and guidelines.
• Offer process: Once the compensation is agreed upon with the candidate, the same is sent for approvals.
• Candidate Engagement: Involved in candidate engagement and cleared all candidate queries before and after offer.
