• Global HR Metrics Development : Collaborated with HSBC Global HR to standardize Human Capital Management (HCM) metrics across five regions as part of the HR transformation, providing actionable insights for senior HR leadership.
• Cross-Regional Analytics Expansion : Partnered with senior HR and service delivery teams to expand the use of reporting and analytics across multiple regions and HR platforms, increasing data-driven decision-making.
• Process Optimization & Automation : Led the optimization and automation of HR reporting processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing reporting efficiency.
• HR Datamart Development : Designed and developed an HR data mart to centralize HCM metrics, supporting streamlined reporting and downstream analytics.

As the BI and Analytics Manager, I oversaw all Business Intelligence (BI) and MIS data and reporting for HSBC North America's CIM, AutoFinance, and Retail Banking functions. Key responsibilities included:

• BI & Data Warehouse Development : Led the design, development, and enhancement of BI and data warehouse platforms to support business needs.
• Process Automation : Managed and optimized existing BI, data warehouse, and MIS platforms by automating MS Excel-based Risk/MIS reports (using Excel Macros, Base SAS, VB programming, and Windows Scheduler) and Cognos-based BI reports. For example, I automated Excel reports for risk management, improving delivery speed and accuracy.
• Strategic Leadership : Collaborated with the AutoFinance Information Management (IM) team, including VP and AVPs, to set strategies and objectives for both onshore and offshore teams.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership : Led the North America Operations Project to create a unified data platform and BI reports for the CML, Cards, and Retail Banking functions.

• Developed and supported the Publishing Vista ERP, addressing user issues and system enhancements.
• Maintained the Oracle 10g-based Production Manager (PM) system, building interfaces to integrate ERP with external systems (e.g., finance, inventory).
• Managed ETL processes between ERP and PM systems using PL/SQL scripts for efficient data transfers.
