.Install all rogers communication equipments, nodes, lines extenders, Smts and set up the levels on both
areal and ground nodes
• Operate bucket truck for aeral work.
• Local utilities, Dig and repiar all types of rogers communication cables.
• Do restoration, put tiles, stones and sand wherever necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of drilling equipment.
• Collaborate with crews and inspectors to ensure project complaince and efficiency.
• Adapt to various outdoor working conditions and maintain high safety standards
• Back fill holes and do land scaping, ensure every site is well maintained after finishing the work order.
• Perform trenching, hand digging, operate vac truck, cable pulling and direct burial of main - line and drop
connections

• Evaluate work assignments, installations, and service requests, ensuring seamless communication with dispatchers and supervisors.
• Perform aerial and underground installations, maintenance and repair of telecommunications cables, transmission lines and associated hardware.
• Work at heights on poles, ladders and other support structures, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Install, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets, splitters and other equipment to optimize service functionality.
• Prepare job site and drilling operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Conduct pre-bore surveys to locate utilities and develop a plan to avoid obstacles.
• Operate and locate directional drills (JT-10, JT-20) ensuring precision and safety.
• Install, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets, splitters.
• Work with locators to guide that drill head from entry to exit while avoiding utilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of drilling equipment.
• Collaborate with crews and inspectors to ensure project compliance and efficiency.
• Adapt to various outdoor working conditions and maintain high safety standards.

• Install, locate, expose, splice, and repair a variety of telecommunications cables, ensuring seamless connectivity and system performance.
• Work at heights using ladders and suspended stages, adhering to strict safety regulations and operational protocols.
• Operate high-rise anchored systems in a team environment, consistently meeting project deadlines and daily workload demands.
• Handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, climbing poles/ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
• Possess strong knowledge of CATV architectures including node configurations, coaxial splicing, and fault detection.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure efficient project execution and service delivery.
