The project involves supporting various applications that utilize .NET technology in quality assurance and production environments. Additionally, these applications use the MS SQL database to store all data. We collaborate with engineering teams to plan and deploy new software development environments using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.

Responsibilities:

• Utilized Jenkins to automate the build and deployment processes, thereby expediting production.
• Developed a Windows Forms application for file management, including moving files to different folders, reading files from a specific directory, and retrieving file names along with their modified dates in a dropdown.
• Created a console application to automate file reprocessing in case of errors.
• Deployed various SQL queries in the database.
• Familiar with using Git commands to pull and push packages to Bitbucket, as well as running Jenkins jobs in Quality Assurance and production environments.
• Experienced in using the AWS application deployed using ansible and terraforms.

Support Responsibilities:

• Four years of exclusive experience in a Support Project using .NET
• Coordinated with the Application Team, Vendors, and other necessary parties for a faster resolution of any production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and QA teams, to resolve technical issues and improve deployment processes.
• Provided knowledge transfer for newcomers across the company in different geographic locations.
