• Set up 7 imported lines including KRONES Ergo Bloc, KHS ASSP, Newastar CSD/Water/Juice lines, KHS Can line & Tetra Stelo line. (Capacity ~4700 BPM)- GREEN FIELD

Ø Managing manpower & monitoring timely execution of various jobs for accomplishing targets within the set time frame.

Ø Manage & motivate team of Associates to achieve required output quality of the product line.

Ø Playing vital role in Energy Saving, Consumable cost reduction, and overall product cost reduction.

Ø Shop floor management with an eye for continual improvement.

Ø Introduction of modern concepts like Kaizen, TPM at all levels.

Ø Implementing and sustaining 5S / TPM/JH and other improvement initiatives from time to time by motivating sub-ordinates of his own department to participate in Suggestions, and Kaizen.

Ø Trouble shooting and failure analysis through systematic approaching using analytical tools and techniques

Ø Make and execute Yearly Improvement plan for Process in terms of Quality, Safety, Cost, Delivery and man power development.

Ø Involvement in monthly and weekly production planning along with PPC in order to reduce losses in operation.

Ø Formulating production plan and mobilizing manpower, machines and material resources to achieve targeted production levels.

Ø Providing techno-managerial skills across all functional domains including - Production planning & control, materials management, production process, quality management, maintenance, material handling, safety, etc - to optimize overall operational efficiency..

Ø Monitoring and Controlling shop operation efficiency – OEE, Man-hour, Downtime, Production Plan vs. Actual and Delivery Performance.

Ø Participating in TPM pillar activities.

Ø Conducting Pareto Analysis, and 5S for ensuring requisite quality as well as establishing quality standards.

Ø Identify areas of quality failures and take steps to rectify them.

Ø Implementation of KAIZEN, 5-S and Mistake proofing activities.

Ø Instrumental in defining process development, process controls and accurate norms to minimize process wastage in different processes for yield improvement, quality improvement, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
