Project: NetForum - It is part of Momentive Software, the leading provider of cloud-based software to associations. The objective of NFE is to develop systems according to the client's requirements related to CRM, fundraising, accounting and finance, membership, event management, subscriptions, job board, inventory management, sales, and marketing, and many more. NFE has three faces: Internal Web (iWeb), External Web (eWeb), and XML Web Services (xWeb), identical to any online e-commerce website.

• Analyzed functional requirements to outline testing efforts and develop comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Tracked defects using TFS/Azure DevOps Server, NetSuite, and Zendesk.
• Troubleshot quality issues and modified test procedures to enhance accuracy.
• Executed functional, acceptance, regression, and smoke testing to ensure software reliability.

Project: ERI (Intraday Nexen) - The objective of ERI is to develop systems to calculate credit risk for BNYM and other LOBs. The Intraday Nexen application retrieves the data of accounts, balances, and transaction histories of different legal entities and lines of business from the backend, and reports are generated. Many reports, such as Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, are displayed, which give overall information about exposures in the form of graphs and grids.

• Defect tracking through HP ALM and JIRA.
• Extracting the customer transaction data and executing the process of data loading using basic shell scripts, and validating/comparing the data of source and target tables as per the requirements.
• Validation of data completeness, ensuring data quality, and then generating the reports for a particular timeframe.
• Presented exposure data through daily, weekly, and monthly reports using visual formats such as graphs and grids.
• Validation of enhancements and new features to the web application intraday in various environments.
• Involved in the validation of data in respective environments by preparing the Karma and Protractor test cases for the controllers.
• Effective coordination among teams, both from offshore and onsite locations, and involvement in all team meetings.
• Awarded with the QA COE Excellence Award.
