• Identified Root Cause behind poor Dispatch Schedule & Milk Pouch Leakage.
• Designed and Implemented new Schedule which made sure all vehicle departs plant before 4:30 A.M.
• Performed Pareto Analysis and found out majority of leakage was due to.
• Improper stacking of Milk Pouches within crates. So provided proper training to handlers to overcome it.
