  • Leading the advanced 3D modeling efforts for a Blast Furnace, incorporating state-of-the-art techniques to ensure a comprehensive and precise representation of its structure and operational processes.
  • Working on a projects to study different composition of sinters and understanding their impact on Softening Melting capacity, fuel composition and productivity of blast furnace
  • Conducting bench making for different advances in the field of Iron and Steel making across different competitor thus helping the industry to develop new process and new grades of steel.

  • At TCS I was involved with a team to develop Digital Drilling Fleet, a 3D virtual reality replica of Saipem’s offshore drilling rigs, with realistic textures and immersive experience
  • The Project was to create a futuristic digital twin platform where in my role was to understand the different operations that are performed on a Drillship
  • At TCS, I had been involved in working with the 3D modelling softwares like 3Ds max, Substance Painter, Adobe Premiere Pro understanding different functioning and working of equipments on a Drilling Rig
  • With the digital twin platform trainings are faster, location-independent, cost-effective, and safe
  • The platform also provides deep operational insights for predictive maintenance and smart HSE solutions, while reducing costs by 12% and increasing first-fix rates by 15%.
