- Customer Complaint Resolution: Escalate issues to account managers and work with departments such as Quality, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to resolve customer complaints
- Inbound/Outbound Call Management: Ensure regular updates and manage inbound and outbound calls in alignment with customer needs and schedules
- Customer Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the system for streamlined order processing and communication
- Order Change Management: Process amendments, adjustments, and add-ons to existing customer orders efficiently
- Project Plan Development: Create and maintain project plans, including machine capacity files, to ensure smooth project execution
