Perform pilot/daily upscale production and tests which involve operation, cleaning of machine, and measuring raw material needed
Collaborates with cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and under budget
Test findings, requirements and final formula methods are documented in a consistent format for the technology transfer from pilot scale to commercial manufacturing runs
Monitoring administrative and operational procedures and maintaining SOP documentation
Resolving technical issues and drive the completion of investigations that affect the technical scope, makes recommendations for various options that would resolve the issue, includes a preferred option
Ensure maintenance, adherence to good laboratory practices and all safety regulations in both laboratory and manufacturing areas
Handle reports and documentation aspects of the research lab and maintenance of records
Work in accordance with R&D centre SOPs, GMP, and safety recommendations.
