Review and preparation of financial statements of hedge and private equity funds under IFRS and US GAAP.

Preparation and review of notes to financial statements for hedge and private equity funds, such as risk exposure (e.g., interest rate risk and credit rate risk) (IFRS 7, ASC topic 820), fair value measurement, and quantitative disclosure of unobservable inputs (FAS 157, IFRS 7, ASU 2011-11).

· Calculation of Key ratios like Expense ratio, Income ratio, Internal Rate of Return etc. And their presentation.

Preparation of the level 3 roll of the funds under the guidance of US GAAP and IFRS, and presenting it as per the new update.

Reconciling the investments, purchases, and sales by preparing the investment roll and the purchase and sale roll.

Updating the financials based on comments from the client and auditors.

Working knowledge of Fund Suite ARC.

· Performing test of operative effectiveness for process level relevant control.

· Performing analytical review of financial statements.

· Preparing lead sheets using data provided by clients.

· Performing analytical review of financial statements.
