Company Overview: Manufacturer of Synchronizer rings- High Precision machining & Forging Parts. Major Customers include Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra, TATA, Ashok Leyland, Daimler, VECV, Sonalika, Graziano (Italy), HINO (Japan).


Customer Representative Roles-

  • Leading Customer Quality, QMS & Supplier Development.
  • Responsible for the departmental Key Performance Indicator’s Related to Customer, QMS & Supplier Development.
  • Handling customer complaints and submitting required action plan in customer specific formats like, 8D, CAPA, A3 etc.
  • Performing Various activities like analyzing Customer performance, reviewing ratings and score.
  • Responsible for Making and presenting monthly MIS reports of Quality department with management.
  • Responsible for CSR Activities (Monthly Reports 4M, SMIR, Revalidation reports, PIST, CTQ Reports and SPC Reports.
  • Responsible for leading PPM improvement plans for strategic customers & for the Warranty Claims.

Quality Management System & In-Process Roles-

  • Plan preparation and adherence of internal audits as per requirements of IATF 16949:2016.
  • Responsible for initial feasibility of new product development.
  • Responsible for the SPC (Cp/Cpk) improvements projects, Review & control over master ISHIKAWA for CTQ’s, Cause based analysis, cause elimination, Elimination of 100% EOL inspection.
  • Responsible for conducting simulation trials along with design team to reproduce the failure mode to validate the root cause for strategic Non-Conformances (Internal/External).
  • Cost analysis and reduction initiative for automated inspection.


Supplier Development Roles-

  • Responsible for New Supplier Development.
  • Responsible for supplier development Quality Compliance Audits, PPAP Audits, PSW Sign off, QCD Agreements Signoff & Process Audits end at defined frequencies or in case the supplier quality rating falls below the target.
  • Responsible for taking hands-on approach being CFT member for Supplier’s PFMEA and CP updating and after a issue and at a defined frequency or in case of 4M change.
  • Responsible to drive improvement projects with supplier along with RPN reduction initiatives.
  • Responsible for supplier upgradation by trainings and Common Knowledge sharing platforms.
  • Responsible for Supplier process integration , Verification and Validation activities.
  • Responsible for Supplier PTR and PPVT Signoff.
