• Push to Vendor for on time shipment.
• Maintaining the Quality standard.
• Involved in every meeting with the vendor (PPM, Timely shipment).
• Reporting to HOD.
• Calculate the time and action calendar to draw up and regarding the shipment.
• Responsible for all sample (PP, FIT, PROTO, TOP, GOLD SEEL).
• Monitoring the jr. QC for the better quality and timely production.
• Check Proto, Fit, PP sample and send for approval from the buyer or buying house.
• Check Size set samples and take approval from buying houses.
• Check patterns and send for bulk productions.
• Timely Management of sample and trims along with their approvals.
• Check 2 pcs before production and give approval for bulk productions.
• Make after wash measurement on behalf of 2 pcs report.
• Handling in house production quality and making sure that all comment in PP and Production sample incorporated in bulk production.
• Take approval from the buying office if any are required and forward it to the related department.
• Check Size set, gold seal, Shipment sample and take approval from the buying house.
• Making of quality system and targets according to line efficiency.
• Audit various stages that are like in line production after embroidery, hand, and Adda Work, finishing and making reports.
• Overseeing dummy fit checking.
• Check accessories average and quality.
• Overseeing outsourcing works like stitching, finishing, hand Adda work visit unit and checking for quality and make report.
