• Resolving persistent problems, Investigating the IT workflow and ensuring 100 percent availability by doing health
checks on Nagios. Completing the Pre- and Post- change tasks. Transmitting the sanity after the Change tasks
have been finished. Working on macro services and analyzing on EOC cases.
• Performing p1,p2 activities, addressing profile failure, long running uploads, reports and re-queuing the necessary
failed uploads and profiles. Verifying the hourly and daily completion uploads in Database.
• Performing the partition commands in servers and removing of trace files, working on cron-jobs and NRPE machine
agent.

• Provided technical support for end-users experiencing problems with their Linux systems or applications running on them.
• Collaborated with other teams across departments in order to design solutions that meet customer needs.
