  • Responsible for driving Sales Volumes (New Cards, Cross Sell, Add On Cards, Premium Cards) through a large team of sales representatives.
  • Formulate sales strategies basis data analysis.
  • Budget Manpower requirement, Facilitate Hiring & Training of the budgeted manpower.
  • Achieve Sales numbers within the cost of acquisition target.


Operational:

  • Work with Management/ internal teams/ Key stake holders to ensure smooth process on deliverables.

  • Managing the relationship with the SBI Stake Holders & Partner Bank Senior Officials like CGM, GM’s, DGM’s, RM’s and Employees.

  • To Operate well Under COA & Cost target allocated for defined region / Network.
  • To ensure that required productivity levels are met across locations to keep the Operational Expenses within the budget.
