• Involving in internal audit of Integrated management system (IMS) as a Team Member and improve the site KPI’s score (Key performance Indicator).

• Preparation of major shutdown costing, planning and maintenance bar chart with in time frame and budget.

• Planning and execution of routine maintenance and major overhauling of plant equipment by optimum utilization of manpower and resources.

• Preparing of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedures), JSA (Job Safety Analyses) and check sheet report for facilitating decision making by the management and standardization of plant activities.

• Involving in preparation of RCA and improve the plant efficiency.

• Direct supervision of all major modification (MOC-T) and maintenance jobs.

• Implementing DuPont’s five pillars for Safety: Incident Management, Contractor Safety Management, Process Safety Management, Safety Interactions, Standard Rules and Procedures.

• Face to face Inspect the materials delivered to the main store along with material specification and there upon prepare/update the inspection report in SAP.

• Monitoring of optimum inventory level & planning of spares order based on consumption & future requirements.

• Hands-on Experience in SAP RP2 version-

· Knowledge of SAP RP2 PM Module.

· Creating orders (pm01, pm02, job permit, service orders, purchase orders and bill entry), Maintenance jobs through notifications, Maintenance plan creation, Maintenance order creation, Creating Equipment Master, Preventive Maintenance Plan - PM/Checklist Scheduling & its Compliance, Document Management, Malfunction report, Equipment hierarchy display along with BOM structure indicator.

• Involving in routine maintenance of isolation valves, heat exchanger’s retubing, pumps, safety valves, machine tools etc.

• Involving in major overhauling and maintenance of all types of valves like safety valves, isolation valves, NRVs and Schroeder minimum flow valve, high pressure let down valve (LDV) etc.

• Involving in major overhauling and maintenance of API/Non-API based Pumps like centrifugal slurry handling pump, water recirculation pump, multistage pump, submersible pump etc.

• 105 Numbers of Vessels were refurbished & maintenance during turnaround in Gas Cracker at Reliance Vadodara Petrochemical Unit like Demister pad replacement, Nozzle replacement, Deaerator’s spray nozzles with separation plates reinstalled, valve replacement, internal cleaning etc.

• Involving in major overhauling and maintenance of workshop machine tools like Lathe, Drilling, Boring, Milling, Shaper, Slotter, cylindrical grinder and surface grinder machine, lapping machine, tool grinder etc.

• Hand on expertise in mechanical measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, etc.

• Direct supervision in manufacturing, machining and reconditioning of rotary machine’s spares like shaft, sleeve, wear rings etc.

• Involving in fabrication, erection and commissioning of rotary and static equipment with in time frame and budget.

• Involving in routine maintenance job of (CHP) Coal handling plant and (AHP) Ash handling plant like Belt conveyor, truck tippler, vibrating screen, crusher, chutes, conveyor idlers, pulleys, hopers, tripper car, silo, valves, fans, ESP, Pumps etc. at 90X2 MW, HZL Coal based thermal power plant.

• Involving in major overhauling & maintenance of ID Fan, FD Fan, PA Fan, conveying system & ESP during annual shutdown at 90X2 MW, HZL Coal based thermal power plant.

• Successfully carried out the major overhauling of 220 TPH hammer at 80X2 MW, HZL Coal based thermal power plant.

• Involving in major overhauling and maintenance of workshop machine tools like Lathe, Drilling, Boring, Milling, Shaper, Slotter, cylindrical grinder and surface grinder machine, lapping machine, tool grinder etc.

• Hand on expertise in mechanical measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, etc.

• Direct supervision in manufacturing, machining and reconditioning of rotary machine’s spares like shaft, sleeve, wear rings etc.
