- Roles and responsibilities are from morning email accounts from jobs: Editor, Facebook, customer support, alliances, consultant, and customer service, so that irrelevant emails sent to agents will be checked in Salesforce and messages will be sent to GCC (Global Career Consultant).
- The MIS not-ready report will be checked daily. I will review all the agents' performance and send it to their respective teams, such as Inbound and Outbound.
- Product Training: In the morning hours after login, I will conduct a huddle with the team members for a new product update and train for NHT branches.
- Quality Analyst: In the second half of each day and week, I will audit all the agents from the Salesforce application and share feedback with the agents verbally and online via Teams.
- Reports: On a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, I will share L1 reports, including how many leads were downloaded and assigned from all the sources, such as walk-ins, websites, social media, etc. For the analysis, the report will be shared with the directors.
- ChatGPT and LinkedIn: Daily, we will receive new leads of work, migrate, study UG, and visit first. We will capture all the details on the Lightning page, and we will cross-check the full information in the LinkedIn profile. Upload the picture, use ChatGPT for their profile, and attach the profile.
