• Independent handling buyer account.
• Need to follow the customer’s developments/samples/comments and accordingly forward to respective department.
• Once Orders received immediate need to update to respective department for material procurement
• CFM Samples need to be proceed.
• Order updating in Software.
• Production follow up on all stages need to be done and continuous check must be done to avoid delivery delay.
• All comments related to Production needs to be followed & see if its incorporated or not.
• Complete Logistics follow up like booking of shipment/ documentation follow up/ tracking details must be done
• Payment Follow ups must be done.
• Updating of order status & client leads report to be updated on regular intervals .
• Sample Dispatch details to be update to customer.
• Once development ready need to get price from pricing department and give to respective customer.
• Testing Follow ups to done
• All courier related bills needs to be checked and approved for billing.
• All the swatches/soles/ grinderies need to be provided to procurement team after receipt of order
• Handling US customer like Jump –USA –Direct,Diba Imports- USA – R.B International,Dr. Scholl’s- USA – R.B International and other customers like Jacabson Group – Direct,Mesquita Shoes – Portugal Direct,Fernando Carvalho Mendes & Filhos ,Cap Union Mart – South Africa,Khukhi Holding – Mongolia,Casas Collection - Spain,Bata India Limited – India,Bata Italy- Direct,Globus- Cherubic,Gianna Kazakou-Uomo - Direct,Sko-Boo- Sweden
