Financial Planning Analyst
- Support SCOE, CCOE, and CIOx Finance Teams in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), including tasks related to financial planning, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Manage and report on budgeting and forecasting while providing regular updates through monthly and quarterly analyses like Outlook and Latest Estimates (LEs) and contributing to the 3-year Vision and Strategy Process (VSP). Additionally, conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.
- Prepared monthly P&L statements and pro-forma financial models to assess current and projected financial performance.
- Assist stakeholders in making strategic financial decisions through cost analysis.
- Perform variance analysis for the stakeholders for there business.
- Preparing Power BI Dashboards for stakeholders on P&L, headcount and vendor spend.
- Supporting the audit and UAT teams.
- Building and converting Financial Models on excel.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks that may impact the business.
- Tools: ERP systems (Oracle), MS Office, Hyperion, Workday and Power BI.
