· PAUT inspection for Inconel, SS and CS materials for 2'' to 64'' pipe joints and flexoform inspection for 2'' to 6'' elbows for finding corrosion and bonding checking for cladding .

• Performed Weld scanning on Nodes and seam welds.

• Performed in house flange face inspection.

• Performing UT on higher alloy steels like P91, F22 and mainly on INCONNEL and Austenitic stainless steels.

• Assist with senior NDT LEVEL III to prepare our own NDT procedures.

• Interpretation of different client's specification, standards and procedures.

• Review the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.

• Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.

• Review inspection reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and file the required Quality Records.

• Ensures the correct application of Quality Control phase.

• Performing UTF, MT &PT in different types of weld joints on Pipe lines.

Client: SEMBAWANG and KAPPEL SHIPYARD LTD

· Carried out Corrosion Survey UTM inspection on Voyage and oversea which is involve detecting Corrosion & define corrosion mapping in cargo & water ballast pipelines, life shaving equipment's (lifeboats). Over the period carried out voyage inspection in following countries,

(Australia, Singapore, Japan, Philippines, China, Malaysia and Indonesia)

· Perform internal, external inspection in vessels, lifeboats, tanks from ship and other structures in accordance with the company engineering & Client's requirements, applicable industry procedures, codes, Class and standards for condition assessment.

· Perform inspection in UT, MPI and PT on raw materials, semi-machined and machined parts.

· Perform UT, MT, PT on Circum seam, Long seam, Nozzle weld.
