- All KYC checks, Judge the credit worthiness of an applicant, approving/declining the application based on various policy & verification codes and fraud checks.
- Worked closely across various departments including risk for the rule of testing new products in credit cards.
- Evaluation of fraudulent applications and referring to fraud team for fraud checks.
- Evaluation of declined cases and get them restarted as per approval taken from the risk team.
- Ensure decision to be done within TAT with agreed accuracy and productivity.
- The application used in this process is WCP.
