● Currently taking care of 2 lacs sqft area warehouse, before that took care of 1lac 25sqft area where we build orders from ground zero to 6700 and there after in Dasna from zero to 8500 orders. Now we are shifting to Darkstore concept where we are feeding 54 dark stores with the help of 450+ mp & the outward quantity is 3.60 lacs which is highest in PAN India.
Maintain good relationship with vendors for vehicle alignment & RTV process
● Taking care of Inventory and Outbound operational activities at FC.
● Taking Care of B2B process for Jaipur.
● Used to do cycle count on daily basis.
● Used to take care while cycle count that all Items must be fresh and if any item found near to expiry, then that moved out from inventory to liquidation.
● Used to take care of outbound process till loading of vehicles.

● Maintaining turnaround time (TAT) so as to utilize maximum DELIVERY SERVICES. Planning a complete logistics solution to customer for timely delivery at an effective cost. Independently responsible for planning & distributional activities of ZOOM OPERTION
● Prepare Monthly MIS and do analysis actual performance on pickup & delivery's extra cost of monthly budget.
● Coordination with the customer, vendors and various other internal retails customers to achieve timely and cost effective solution for the customers.
