I am currently part of SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration team. I work as a Senior Developer and Scrum Master. My job involves complete requirement analysis, Design proposal, Development, testing activities, managing scrum team, creating sprints, following up people and resolving team conflicts

• Work on SAP Infoporter tool which is used for migrating Employee and Organizational data from SAP S/4HANA system to SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Worked on several Proof-of-concepts involving Point-to-Point Integrations
• Worked on multiple Proof of Concepts on various Integration and Security topics
• Worked on delivering SAP Standard roles
• Resolving conflicts within the team
• Conducting and facilitated scrum events as needed or requested.

• Was part of S/4HANA Integration team which was responsible for Employee and Business Partner synchronization
• Worked on building Employee factsheet UI application using Fiori Smart Templates
• Built multiple CDS views and OData services using Referenced Data Source
• Worked on multiple sub-topics within Employee Business Partner Synchronization like Workplace Address Synchronization, Manager determination etc
• Which is very critical for S/4HANA solution
• Worked on Purging of Employee and related Data
• Handling of Identity and Access Management topics within the team
• Handling of Customer Incidents and ensured resolution of the same.

• Was part of Manager Self-Service Add-on team and worked on numerous application components which were part of the Human Resource Management Module
• Worked on IBP response area which is part of the Supply Chain Management Module
• Developed applications on Web Dynpro ABAP for the highly successful product of Manager Self-Service: Add-On (MSS)
• Some of the customers are Hollywood production giants, Village Roadshow and Fortune 100 company, Comcast
• Have worked on application integration of MSS with SAP Enterprise Portal which require a thorough understanding of creation of i-views, roles etc
• And system connections
• Extensively worked on Integrating WD Applications into SAP Enterprise Portal
• Worked on Substitution concept in MSS
• Worked on building the extractors for embedded search
• Worked extensively on the topics Product Allocations, ATP check and RBA
• Worked on UI5 and created applications for analytics
• Created Data Model, created back-end framework for logging mechanism to persist the information
• With this information the end user could get more insights on factors that contributed towards the successful/unsuccessful order processing.
