  • Brake System Integration & testing: Analyzed and worked on the brake system within the V-cycle development process. Interpreted and utilized design documents to understand system requirements. Created detailed test cases in PTC Integrity. Implemented and tested brake system functionality using dSpace tools on both system SIL (VEOS) and HIL (Scalaxio), ensuring successful integration of functionalities.
  • Verification and Automation: Automated all the test cases in AutomationDesk. Performed verification in ControlDesk and ModelDesk. Debugged issues with CAN-logger/measurement (.mf4) in ControlDesk and logged defect items in PTC and discussed/reviewed that DI with developer and test manager. Worked on fundamental testing and functional safety level features ABS, ATC, and ESP, as well as observer functions like BFO (Brake force observer) and ESPO (Electronic stability program observer)
  • EV Charging System Validation: Contributed to charging function validation by analysing EVSE-ECU interactions. Validated charging fault handling logic by injecting faults (undervoltage, ground) in SIL and verifying diagnostic response and DTC activation. Simulated EV charging message sequences and state transitions.
  • Python-based Automation Tool Development: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to address challenges and blockers. Perform CAN-interface testing based on CAN mapping inputs and CANdb++. Designed a Python-based tool in AutomationDesk to test CAN-RTE mapping, improving testing efficiency by 45%. Extracted information from Excel sheets, ran 200+ messages through dSpace tools, validate output data with .dbc files, and generate reports.
  • Scenario & Test Road Creation: Created 5+ scenarios in modeldesk to reduce manual effort by 30% to work for testing the ATC feature and experience-based test cases. Tested those on HIL system using CANape and Scalaxio.
  • MATLAB Model Analysis: Analyzed the Matlab model backend of the Modeldesk (HIL Plant model) project and tuned some parameters by creating aliases. Also created script for DTC injection on fault table to verify DTC codes. This automation reduced the time required for executing routines individually and improved variant handling efficiency by 40%.
