Competent in Production activities to achieve organization objectives. Hands-on experience to reduce cycle times & improve processes to meet Quality & delivery targets with Production Improvements. Strong Technical Background in CBN,Bestek and Conventional Cylindrical Grinding.

• Responsible for set and try-out of Grinding machines after mechanical modification.
• Responsible for CBN, Bestek and Conventional Wheel Change and Setup Activity.
• Ensure achievement of the daily output of shift in Quality and Quantity through continuous monitoring of performance, tooling, maintenance etc.
• Ensure optimum deployment and utilization of workforce and other resources during the shift to achieve the target.
• Trouble shooting on CBN, Bestek and Conventional and angular grinding to maintain Quality, Reduce Scrap and Rework and Improve Productivity.
• Scrap and Rework Reduction by Why-Why Analysis.
• Monitor daily 6’S, Quality, OEE, Scrap and report to superiors.
• Daily monitoring of Machine Startup check sheets and Process Parameters check sheet.

• Grinding Wheel Life Improvement Project.
• Grinding Machine Changeover time reduction from 1.50 hour to 30 min using SMED Technique.
