  • To achieve all target Administrative cost Ratio(ACR), Yield on Portfolio (YOP), Operational self-sufficiency (OSS).
  • Ensuring that the Cluster head & BMs perform their duties properly.
  • Handling more than 120 staffs in Tikamgarh (M.P) region.
  • Monitoring daily activities of the 24 branches on daily basis.
  • Surprise visit of the branches for financial transactions every two months to detect frauds & making the necessary entries in the monitoring register before signing it.
  • Allotting the business plan as per branch size in the region. Managing loan portfolio for enhancing the quality
  • Coordination with Each department for the smoothly work execution
  • To achieve all target of official business plan in Region on ALC, Loan Portfolio, Portfolio Quality, Administrative cost Ratio(ACR), Yield on Portfolio (YOP), Operational self- sufficiency (OSS).
  • To ensure the achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly, Six monthly and Annual targets of the official business plan in my Region on ALC, Loan Portfolio, Portfolio Quality and Operational Efficiency (Increase in no. of category ‘A’ branches)
  • To ensure that timely & effective remedial and corrective measures are taken in connection with all breaches of internal, operational & financial controls and processes as reported by IAD, in order to ensure compliance with IAD reports in timely manner
