• Direct (on-going) a diverse team of 130 professionals from government and private sectors focused on expansion and rapid adoption of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and Digital Public Goods (DPG) across 05 Northern and 08 Northeastern States, benefiting approximately 130 million residents.
• Member of the Senior leadership team responsible for Policy formulation, modifications and execution of enrolment and updates in the Aadhaar and related ecosystems.
• Cultivate and sustain (on-going) alliances with ecosystem partners, including State Governments, Banks, and Digital Service Companies (including digital payment, software design and gamification companies) to optimize operational efficiency.
• Facilitate (on-going) Capacity building initiatives for State Governments, Enrolment Agencies, Registrars and Private ecosystem partners in DPI/DPG operations encompassing procedures, audits, and compliance.

• Evaluate (on-going) performance data and program effectiveness to identify opportunities for resource re-allocation, training, policy alignment, and process enhancement.
• Author(on-going) communication materials for mass distribution as well as specialised communication for enhancing awareness and advocacy for DPI/DPGs.
• Directed conceptualisation and implementation of paperless online enrollment client merging APIs from existing platforms for improved customer experience
• Advocate (on-going) for Organization at Stakeholder meetings, Public forums, Conferences, and Seminars.

• Oversaw Maritime acquisitions for Indian Navy in role as member of Defence Acquisition Council (DAC)
• Facilitated coordination among acquisition departments to identify and evaluate needs, Acceptance of Necessity (AoN) and formulate NSQRs while issuing Request For Proposals (RFPs).
• Facilitated significant acquisitions of Rafale-M Fighter Aircraft (US $7.5 Billion) and MQ9B Predator Drones (US $4 Billion), including Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Contracts by Indian Navy during tenure.
• Advised MoD for 'Make in India' initiatives as well as Business Process Re-Engineering.

• Managed Operations and Staffing for 21 Polyclinics nationwide.
  Forged partnerships with leading Private hospitals across India and negotiated MOUs for in and out-patient services.
• Oversaw all aspects of Clinic management to ensure optimal service delivery. Collaborated with healthcare stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Managed a Financial Outlay of approximately INR 200 Million for both Capital and Revenue expenditures.
• Undertook Capacity Building across the Ecosystem for health workers, Billing and Claim ecosystem partners.
• Assessed existing ECHS Scheme against industry benchmarks and proposed strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, achieving cost savings of approximately 20%
• Handled Grievances and their disposal for approx 5 million ex-servicemen across the country.

• Conceptualised Special Operations Intelligence Strategy for the newly raised Tri-Services Special Operations Division.

• Facilitated Naval Higher Command Course from 2016 to 2019 for three batches of senior Army, Navy, and Air Force Officers, comprising 35-40 participants.
• Developed and executed Regional Maritime Security Course for a cohort of 08-10 senior international student officers from Asian and South East Asian countries from 2016 to 2019.
• Established strategic alliances and partnerships with prestigious national, regional, and international institutions including US Naval War College (Rhode Island), Goa Institute of Management, and Goa University for student exchange, cross-training, and faculty exchanges.
• Facilitated an MOU with the US Naval War college for training of Indian Naval Officers in Wargaming.
• Conceptualised and conducted formal Leadership Development interventions along-with leading coaches and trainers for all officers undergoing training at the Naval War College.
• Executed International Goa Maritime Conclave on two occasions, hosting Chiefs of Navies and Principals from 30 countries across Asia and Africa.
• Represented the Indian Navy at the prestigious Asia Pacific Naval Staff and Command Symposium (APNCS) at Tokyo, Japan. Presented a Research Paper on India's Maritime Strategy in the 21st century.

• Responsible for Intelligence Operations in support of Fleet Operations of the Indian Navy globally.
• Forged partnerships and alliances with Regional Navies for Intelligence operations in the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal and the Pacific Ocean.
• Conceptualised and managed a strategic programme for Intelligence coordination and sharing of white shipping data across the Indian and West Pacific with two major countries in South East Asia.

Commanded a surface Ballistic Missile Platform of the Indian Navy.

• As part of the core team, formulated the Indian Navy's strategy for Intelligence operations in the Indian Ocean.
• Analysed the PLA Navy's Maritime interests and deployments in the Indian Ocean.
• Steered engagements, investments and Intelligence sharing mechanisms with two SE Asian countries in the Maritime domain.
