• Creating the Azure Source and target environment for the Migration.
• Gathering the requirements for the Server Migration and involving the Client call

• Migrating the Data Storage from On-prem to Azure Blob using ADF.

• Complete troubleshooting of online service backbone network with the help of external tools SMARTS (EMC),True control (HP) and multiple internal tools.
• Working as a first point of contact for all network related issues.
• Physical layer trouble shooting with remote data center technician located at worldwide locations. Trouble shooting includes assisting Data Center tech in reseating/replacing of cables, SFP, modules and powersupplies

• Working with ISP for external backbone linkoutages.
• Running bridge call with ISP and Data center site technician to perform local and remote loop tests to isolatethe problem.
