· Experience in designing monthly payroll calendar, budget forecasting and ensure smooth functioning of monthly payroll & full and final payment within SLA and as per the TAT.
· Expertise in statutory compliance & operations of PAN INDIA involving statutory remittance, returns filing, registers preparation, Obtaining S&E, CLRA license and its renewals; Closing Statutory Gaps; Managing internal & external audits, departmental audits of PF, ESI, Labour, Client and Vendors.
· Analysis and reporting of data related to payroll, compliance, surveys and audits; Knowledge in HR Policies Framing and Formulations, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Induction, Letter generation, Bank Account Creation, Sourcing Profiles, Interview Coordination, Documentation.
· Handling HR Operations, Office Administration, Overseeing Housekeeping and Security.
· Working with management for approvals and report presentation; Engaging with stakeholders for smooth flow of data; Auditing of gaps in HR Process and recommending steps for improvement.
