NPI & Sustenance:

• Creation of new components and assemblies as per the design requirement and collaborated with manufacturers to link their part numbers in Agile PLM.Worked with Component Engineers to complete the Component Level test and qualify them for Production
• Structured the Bill of Materials for the products as per the Company Policy and Documentation at every level of BOM structure as per company’s BOM structure policy. Sustenance
• Processed Change Orders such as Change to Unreleased Product (CUP), Manufacturer Change Order(MCO) and Engineering Change Order(MCO) for Component’s different Lifecycle phase.
• Submission of ECO to the factory if there is a change to the product and Updated documentation for Service and Repair team based on the changes.Coordinated with stake holders to review, analyze and implement the change.
• BOM Risk Analysis for the product, Identified risk rated parts, worked on alternate source identification, performed Form Fit Function analysis and added the second source to the system.
• Issued Deviations to allow CMs to procure components to mitigate Supply chain risks.

PLPM:

• Supported PLPMs of Business Unit by preparing reports such as End of Life, Last Time Buy, Prelaunch Hold using extraction of data from various tools.
• Worked on verification of inventory, forecast demand, backlog and orderability to conclude the decision on EOL Product Bulletin.Processed EOL ECOs.
• Helped them to submit test orders in ordering workspace for the products to ensure they are properly set up in both front and back end.
