  • EMEA invoicing dispute – The project was basically initiated to reduce the invoice dispute for partners/customers. I have been part of this project and contributed in terms of engaging with C&C, AOM/Sales, invoicing Team, EMDM & OP. Investigation and analysis to find out the root cause of the issue and fix the solution at the party ID level. Still ongoing and I would expect to complete it by min of FY’24.
  • Worked with the partners for the Webform MOC to launch a new tool for the customers/partners to place their orders with a better experience.
  • Nokia is one of the top OEM accounts where we had lots of dispute errors throughout the EMEA, in order to resolve this issue, we had been connected through a brainstorming session with everyone (AOM, Care, invoicing, OP, etc), as an outcome, we created a default party ID for the account to avoid dispute in future.
  • By collaborating with our Geo lead, Care and AOM, the queries through daily unbooked and push the partner for response to succeed RPC >1 day.
  • Monitoring Production volume and quality for the entire E-South team and maintaining the lowest error team in FY23.
  • Took Global OP training for new AOM and Care onboard.
  • Control unbooked and unclean ageing by examining the daily report to review orders you have entered but not booked.
  • Handling Staffing plan for the whole team on a daily basis including skeletal conscription.
  • Co-ordinating with all stakeholders including AOM & PAOM on the escalations raised by them. Investigating the issue is causing our team members a significant amount of extra work or it’s a system or downstream or upstream issue.
