The Training program includes basics in Unix, Oracle, C++ with evaluation at the end of each course. Finally, there is a sample project using and integrating the above mentioned technologies to evaluate the understanding of technologies.

Sep 2018 - June 2019 (L0L1 Mexico Production Support BENAMEX Project)

• Primary scope of work is Monitoring the application end to end by means of ITRS console, Snow tickets, mailbox monitoring.
• Involving in major Incident issues and handling calls and assisting L2, L3 teams with updates till the issue is resolved.
• Preparing and involving in weekend patch and change tasks and performing health checks and monitoring them till closure.
• Monitoring the health of the applications and reporting before the start of the day about the status.
• Performing ad-hoc critical activities based on the demand of L2 teams.

Nov 2019 - Current (Oracle PL/SQL & Unix Developer)

• Around 4 years of Unix Shell Programming Experience.
• Around 3 years of programming experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer in Analysis, Design and Implementation of Business Applications using the Oracle Relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
• Involved in few phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from analysis, design, development.
• Analyzing and understanding the functional requirements.
• Created Tables, Views, Constraints, Index to development needs.
• Developed Complex database objects like Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages and Triggers using SQL and PL/SQL based on the Client's requirement.
• Loaded Data into Oracle Tables using SQL Loader.
• Created Shell Scripts for invoking SQL scripts.
• Created & modified several UNIX shellScripts according to the changing needs of the project and client requirements.
• Handled errors using Exception handling extensively for the ease of debugging and displaying the error messages in the application.
