• Researched on the pecuniary jurisdiction of NCDRC with reference to the amount in dispute referring to the Ambrish Shukla judgment.
• Traced the jurisprudence and evolution of the Consumer laws pertaining to the pecuniary jurisdiction of National and state Commission w.r.t the 1986 and 2019 Act.
• Researched on the definition of 'Business Day' and then calculated a 45 business day period in the jurisdictions of India, France and New York, for an International Arbitration dispute.
• Prepared Index of various Statement of Claims and prepared list of annexures in order of the same.
• Researched the procedure for removal of self appointed arbitrator and the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 which deal with the same (S.14).

• Attended court proceedings at the Hon'ble Delhi High Court and various other district courts and Family courts in Delhi.
• Researched on whether a decree holder becomes the owner of the property without the sale deed being registered under the Transfer of Property Act, 1882.
• Drafting an early hearing application under S.151 CPC,1908, along with the prayer and verification for a suit which had been listed as 'Regulars'.
• Prepared various Judgment Compilations along with creating bookmarks for several matters in the Delhi High Court.
• Prepared a writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for a stay on the order passed by magistrate to hand over possession of property to the appointed court receiver.
• Prepared Judgment notes for various supporting judgments to be used as precedent.
• Drafted written submissions along with the list of dates for a Defamation suit.
