Operational Management
• Managing Design Landing TAT for Inbound operation and maintaining the unloading Sequence as per design promise.
• Ensuring the on time outbound and dispatch of the vehicles.
• Identifying and/or solving operational issues with the teams by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to strengthen team unity, goals, productivity and results
• Conduct in-depth logistical analysis around mode, product placement and sequencing to improve service and drive down freight costs using KAIZEN.
• As per requirement, support interactions with external bodies (Transportation authorities, fire and emergency departments, customs etc.) to gain input, agreement & approvals for actions.
• Generating tickets and having constant touch with concern teams to reduce Pendencies and losses from my Hub buckets.
• Ensuring proper implementation of 5S and maintaining basic operational hygiene on the floor.
Warehouse Management
• Responsible regular reconciliation of inventories.

• Handing a team of more than 280+ FTC employees for smooth operations.
• Responsible for on-boarding and contract closure of FTC employees as per operational requirements.

Operational Management
• Ensuring that all distribution operations (first mile-last Mile) and systems comply with local PRO, health, safety, and environmental/risk management legislation as well as with Corporate Policies

• Responsible for inventories of Inbound and Outbound shipments for XS and Air Media.
• Maintains healthy relation between inventory and outflow of shipments.
Team Handling
• Leading the team of 23 on-roll employees, 12 off-role employees and 3 vendors for PUD operations in entire Chhattisgarh.
• Responsible to hire, supervise, develop and manage performances for each employee under the team.
Client Handling
• Communication and implementation of operational policies that are made by senior level management with proper execution and maintaining TAT for it.
• Partners with sales team and retail team, to enhance the customer experience for all phases of customer interaction.
• Handling a team of 5 people for proper execution and smooth process.
Inventory Management
• Responsible for maintaining inventories for Dhanbad and Jamshedpur.
• Coordinating with sales and Retail team for pick-ups and delivery of the cars within TAT.
Documentation Management
• Analyze all the relevant documents that are coming with car and rate them accordingly.
