- Coordinate with Project managers & Project Heads to develop realistic timelines and milestones
- Assess and interpret contractual documents for each project, including tender contracts, special conditions, general conditions, item specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Conducting functional review meetings for planning, attended by Directors, COO, and Project Heads, to review the alignment between planned and actual progress in terms of time and cost, resource planning and availability, projecting sales for the upcoming three months based on feasibility analysis & Indirect cost per month for the all projects
- Conducting Project Review Meetings
- Regular reviews of the Hold & Hindrance Register to identify and address any issues causing delays or disruptions to project progress
- Collaborating with Planning Engineer, Project Manager & Project Head to assess the impact of hold-ups and hindrances on project timelines and budgets
- Evaluating Extension of Time (EOT) requests submitted by project teams, ensuring thorough analysis of the reasons for delay and the validity of the claims
- Providing recommendations and decisions on EOT requests based on a comprehensive understanding of project dynamics, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
- Preparation of the Turnover Plan and Resource Allocation Strategy based on ongoing company projects for the financial year
- Identifying project requirements aligned with the financial objectives of the organization
- Logical development of the Planning Module of ERP, testing and overseeing its organization-wide implementation
- Ensure that all documents for ISO audits and compliance of Planning functions are maintained
- Provide leadership and direction to the planning team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Development of team members through training and mentorship programs
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of planning activities and track progress against targets
